As one of best restaurants in Beijing, Justine's Restaurant Beijing is also one of the oldest and finest haute cuisine French restaurants in Beijing. The restaurant is located in the Jianquo Hotel Beijing and is opulently decorated with Louis XVI furniture, deep carpet, sterling silver and crystal chandeliers, oil paintings, Limoge porcelain china, and heavy silverware.

Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, Justine's offers classic French cuisine comprising duck, meats, foie gras, rabbit, venison, sweetmeats, freshest of fresh fish, shellfish including lobster, escargot with classic reduction sauces. The wine list is extensive with French wines from Bordeaux and Burgundy including a wide range of vintages.

Service at Justine's is invisible and impeccable and completes a classic haute cuisine not unlike the classic Parisian restaurants such as Maxim's, Pre Catelan or Tour d'Argent. The Justine's experience is reserved for special occasions and epitomizes classic French dining at one of the best restaurants in Beijing.
